My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Daily Edit. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, arrived damaged, or if I made an error and shipped the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads or software.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed items.

  • Any product damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Refund Process

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for me to inspect your return once it is received.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that it can take 3-10 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage from use, or are not in resalable condition.

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or on clearance.

  • Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact me first:

  • In your email, please include:

    • Your order number.

    • The reason​ for the return.

    • Photos​ of the item (especially if it is defective or damaged).

  • I will respond to your request within 1-2 business days​ with instructions and the authorized return address.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to my error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
